PLEASE NOTE: To ensure you are credited correctly, please include an invoice or a receipt that includes your order number or customer number showing the value of your item(s). If you don’t have a receipt or proof of purchase, you will be credited with a gift card of equal value. It can take up to 30 business days during peak times to process returns without an invoice or receipt.
  • Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited service.
  • By law, and common decency, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash before mailing.
